For our location in Brig, we are looking for an engaged and already experienced individual as Trust & Finance Clerk (60% to 100%) starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• You independently manage financial accounting and are responsible for the preparation and creation of monthly and annual financial statements.
• You manage payroll accounting and take on tasks in personnel administration.
• You are the contact person for our clients and support them with commitment and professional competence.
• You assist with general trust tasks and work on various mandates.
• You prepare tax returns for natural and legal persons.
• You prepare VAT returns for different mandates.
• You support the mandate management and take over their deputy role if necessary.

Your profile

• You have a commercial basic education (E or M profile) and already have several years of professional experience in trust or finance.
• You have good MS Office skills and already have experience with Abacus and Mirus Payroll.
• You are an open-minded, eager to learn, committed and enthusiastic personality and enjoy working in a team.
• You appreciate a varied and diverse range of tasks.
• You think analytically, enjoy working with numbers and like to work independently.
• You work service-oriented, structured and efficiently.
• You have very good German language skills in spoken and written form; further language skills are an advantage.
• You are interested in further professional development and in the medium term in taking on responsibility as a mandate manager.
