Team Lead CRM & Customer Insights (m/f/d)
Workload: 80 - 100% / Location: Sursee

Your area of responsibility
- You develop and are responsible for our cross-channel CRM and customer insights strategy along the entire customer journey
- You design and manage CRM, loyalty and lifecycle campaigns for online and offline channels including target group selection
- You develop KPI and segmentation logics for data-driven management of customer value, retention and loyaltyas well as automated and personalised CRM campaigns with the SAP Engagement Cloud
- You are responsible for the conception, testing and optimisation of email campaigns
- You analyse customer and campaign data and derive relevant customer insights as well as concrete recommendations for action
- You continuously develop segmentation, personalisation and loyalty approaches and manage the CALIDA Club in the CRM environment
- You are responsible for the further development of our CRM system landscape and relevant data interfacesin close cooperation with IT/E-Commerce
- You design and optimise reporting and dashboard solutionswith Cognos BI
- You manage CRM projects to further develop the SAP Engagement Cloud and new communication channels such as direct mail & mobile/WhatsApp
- You are the central contact person for SAP Engagement Cloud topics and support internal stakeholders with questions about customer data and GDPR
- You work closely with e-commerce, retail, BI and marketing and ensure consistent customer-centric management across all channels
- You lead and develop the CRM team both professionally and personally
What is important to us
- You have completed training or studies in marketing, communication, business administration or a comparable qualification
- You have several years of professional experience in CRM or email marketing – ideally in an international retail environment
- You have a deep understanding of the customer lifecycle as well as sound knowledge in data analysis, segmentation and personalisation
- You have experience with CRM and marketing automation tools – ideally SAP Engagement Cloud & SAP Customer Data Platform
- You have a good technical understanding of data structures, interfaces and CRM processes
- You have experience in analysing and interpreting campaign and customer data as well as in creating reports and dashboards
- You work analytically, structured and pragmatically with a pronounced hands-on mentality
- You communicate confidently with different stakeholders and move confidently in interdisciplinary teams
- You have very good German and English skills
