- Together with your peers, you are responsible for designing, further developing, and implementing agile processes and accompany teams on their journey to the next level
- You act as a Servant Leader, Facilitator, Mentor, and Coach for two teams and their organizational environment together with your peers
- You strengthen the self-organization of the teams, promote empowerment, and support development processes
- You act as a sparring partner in your environment by courageously making topics discussable and knowing how to transform frictions and dissonances into solution-oriented outcomes
- You support the Agile Master community, share knowledge, and continuously develop collaboration and yourself
- You are a professional in audience-appropriate communication, representing agility, and building trusting relationships at various levels of the organization

- You have "drive", are intrinsically motivated, and bring solid professional experience from the agile environment – ideally in IT. You are certified as a Scrum or Kanban Master and possibly as a systemic coach
- Your social skills, winning communication methods, and negotiation skills distinguish you
- Your personality impresses with your problem-solving competence and the ability to engage with different subject areas
- You find the balance between performance and result orientation and the further development of your team
- Your analytical strength: you can translate data and facts into measures
