What you can contribute
- Repair and overhaul main and auxiliary units, running gear, steering and brakes
- Install and remove units such as engines, gearboxes, final drives, clutches, etc.
- Carry out inspection and adjustment work on all vehicle components as well as scheduled maintenance on the hull and chassis
- Advise and assist customers during handovers and returns regarding driving safety, accident prevention, maintenance, cleaning, and check the vehicle inventory
- Provide technical support during maintenance operations at decentralised shooting and weapons ranges for up to 10 weeks per year
What makes you unique
- Completed apprenticeship as an automotive mechatronics technician (passenger cars/commercial vehicles) or equivalent training
- Driving licence category B (categories C, C1E and SUVA-recognised forklift licence advantageous)
- Efficient and conscientious working style as well as organisational skills to support smooth operations
- Service-oriented attitude in dealing with customers
- Cooperative and reliable behaviour within the team
