• You contribute the specialist knowledge you have acquired to our product development.

What you bring

Your profile

• Commercial or technical training with business management further education or equivalent training
• Knowledge of HR topics (payroll, social insurance [UVG, KTG], absence management) is an advantage
• Negotiation-level German skills (French and English are an advantage)
• You even exceed our expectations if you already have knowledge of UKA Solutions or CAREMA

• You have good organisational skills and can communicate appropriately with different stakeholders and hierarchical levels.
• You enjoy combining your negotiation skills and analytical ability with your assertiveness.
• You enjoy independently acquiring knowledge and creating solution approaches.
• You approach demanding challenges with initiative and flexibility.
