Mandate Manager Fiduciary / Tax (m/f/d) Workload 50% - 100%

Your Role

• Independent management, consulting, and development of your own SME client portfolio
• Conducting client meetings, preparing clear decision-making bases, and developing practical solutions that advance the clients
• Competent contact person for all questions related to fiduciary services and taxes
• Consulting on tax issues, tax optimisation, restructuring, and business succession
• Professional support and coaching of employees on mandates
• Support in acquiring new mandates as well as expanding existing client relationships

Your Profile

• Further training in the fiduciary field, ideally federally certified fiduciary expert or federally certified tax expert
• Several years of experience in a comparable role in the fiduciary environment
• Very good practical experience in financial and payroll accounting, VAT, accounting, and annual financial statements
• Very good knowledge of Swiss or national tax law for legal and natural persons
• Experience in independently managing mandates for SME clients
• Entrepreneurial, down-to-earth, and customer-oriented personality
