Project Manager (m/f/d), 100%

In this responsible position, you will accompany our projects from the preparation of offers to billing. You coordinate employees and resources, keep an eye on deadlines and costs, and are an important contact person for our customers and partners.

Your tasks include:

• Full project responsibility from offer preparation to billing – you bear responsibility and creative power
• Strategic planning & resource management – your decisions shape the projects
• Collaboration and communication with architects, planners, authorities, and project partners
• Leadership role: personnel development of site managers and craft teams
• Budget responsibility and deadline assurance

Your profile:

• Completed vocational training in painting and plastering or comparable
• At least 3 years experience as a project manager or site manager (painting/plastering)
• Solid knowledge in project management and construction
• Confident appearance, decisiveness and customer orientation
• Appreciative leadership skills and team spirit
• Fluent in German, French and English are an advantage
