Experienced Maintenance Technician

Marvinpac, a dynamic and innovative company, is looking for an

Experienced Maintenance Technician

Your main tasks:

Ensure the proper functioning and good condition of installations and infrastructure.
Identify deviations (e.g. overconsumption) and propose corrective actions / secure immediately.
Diagnose faults and carry out interventions.
Ensure adjustments.
Work on equipment / infrastructure.
Participate in product testing and carry out tool changes.
Monitor and update the preventive intervention schedule – preventive maintenance plan.
Configure machines until validation / handover to production.
Update interventions in the CMMS.
Systematically ensure the security and cleanliness of equipment and the area after maintenance service and before restarting/releasing the line, equipment or area.
Consult machine documentation or the CMMS in case of change or complex intervention.
Monitor spare parts stock.
In case of complex problems, use continuous improvement tools in resolution.
Participate in updating the quality management system documentation related to the maintenance service.
Respect and enforce procedures, records and operating methods related to the maintenance service.
Follow QHS rules: quality, hygiene and safety in force.
Record maintenance interventions in machine logbooks and room logbooks.
Follow the good maintenance practice rules procedure.
Report to the quality department any machine deviation or deviation of infrastructures or services potentially impacting products.

Profile sought:

Federal VET Diploma as maintenance technician, automation technician or equivalent training
Minimum 5 years’ experience
Analytical and synthetic mind, strong sense for improvement
Good mechanical, pneumatic and electrical knowledge
Knowledge of continuous improvement tools
Good interpersonal skills, team spirit
