For one of our partners located in the Bernese Jura, we are looking for a motivated and committed ASSC to join a small team in an environment focused on psychiatry and psychogeriatrics.

Your profile

• Holder of a ASSC Federal VET Diploma or a recognised qualification in Switzerland.
• Experience in psychiatry, psychogeriatrics or with people presenting cognitive disorders is a real asset.
• You are a calm, patient, empathetic and attentive person.
• You know how to maintain perspective in sometimes complex situations.
• You enjoy working in a small team and actively participating in group dynamics.
• You are autonomous, reliable and responsible.
• You are primarily looking for a long-term collaboration, with the desire to invest yourself in the medium or long term.

Your mission

• Ensure the daily care and support of residents.
• Participate in the care of people with psychological, cognitive or behavioural disorders.
• Perform basic care and acts within your competencies.
• Promote the autonomy, well-being and quality of life of residents.
• Observe the health status of residents and communicate relevant information to the nursing team.
• Participate in the implementation of individualised support.
• Work closely with the entire care team.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe, respectful and caring environment.
