CONSTRUCTION MANAGER UNDERGROUND CONSTRUCTION 80-100% - SWITZERLAND

YOUR TASKS – PUTTING TECHNOLOGY INTO PRACTICE:

• Part of the local construction management of demanding underground construction projects and support of implementation directly on site
• Coordination of work on the construction site and control of its professional execution
• Keeping deadlines and contractual requirements in view and responsibility for acceptance and warranty work
• Supervision of several construction sites simultaneously
• Bringing experience from execution into planning and project management
• Use of digital working methods such as "BIM2field" on the construction site and linking planning and execution

YOUR PROFILE – TECHNICALLY SKILLED, PRACTICALLY ORIENTED:

• Training as a technician TS, civil engineer FH/ETH or an equivalent qualification
• Several years of experience in construction management of tunnel projects in Switzerland as well as knowledge in planning
• Interest in technical contexts and their practical implementation on the construction site
• Independent and reliable working style, customer-oriented thinking and taking responsibility
• Clear communication and enjoyment of teamwork
• Confident use of MS Office programmes; knowledge of "Messerli BAUAD" is an advantage
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form (at least C1), knowledge of English, French or Italian is welcome
