Your Tasks and Responsibilities

• Leading a team of assembly workers in the installation of solar systems on various roof types
• Planning and coordinating workflows to ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard
• Monitoring occupational safety and compliance with applicable regulations on the construction site
• Point of contact for customers and project managers to clarify questions and ensure smooth project execution
• Conducting quality controls and inspections to ensure solar installations meet the highest standards
• Guiding team members to further develop their expertise and skills

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training as a carpenter, tinsmith, roofer, or electrical installer
• Experience in the installation of solar systems
• Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve common goals
• Good German language skills, both spoken and written
• Teamwork, reliability, and initiative
• Good technical understanding and manual skills
• Knowledge of occupational safety and compliance with regulations
• Strong communication skills and good customer orientation
• Driving licence category B
• Willingness to perform above average
