Your field of activity

• Together with your team colleagues, you are responsible for the smooth organisation and implementation of the consultation hours in our Centre for Dermatology and Allergology
• You operate the reception as well as the telephone, coordinate the consultation appointments and carry out various general administrative tasks
• Looking after patients gives you pleasure and the consultation assistance (including blood sampling, injections, allergy tests, light therapy, etc.) is part of your central area of responsibility

Your experience

• You have completed training as an MPA and/or medical secretary with professional experience in consultation activities
• You appreciate exchange among each other and contribute to an open, appreciative and constructive collaboration
• Even in demanding and hectic situations, you keep an overview and always treat our patients with appreciation, empathy and professionalism
• Confident handling of IT systems and your knowledge of medical terminology complete your profile
