Your main tasks:

Team leadership: You lead and motivate our technical workshop team of a total of 18 employees.

Organisation: You take on the efficient scheduling, coordination, and supervision of all workshop orders.

Interface & support: You support customer service with technical concerns and, if necessary, are in direct contact with customers.

Technical know-how: You create complex diagnoses, handle technical inquiries, and solve demanding problems.

Workshop practice: You actively assist with repair and service work.

Optional: If interested, you additionally support our team in breakdown service.

What you bring with you:

Training: A successfully completed apprenticeship as an automotive mechatronics technician, ideally complemented by further training (e.g. automotive diagnostician, workshop manager) or the willingness to complete such training.

Working style: You are characterised by an independent, reliable, and precisely structured way of working.

Personality: You are resilient, a team player, and have the ambition to continuously develop both professionally and personally.
