Are you motivated by the idea of supporting customers quickly and solution-oriented in challenging travel and breakdown situations? Do you enjoy working in a dynamic environment where no claim is the same and you come into contact with different languages and cultures every day?

In this role, you will strengthen the Claims Assistance division at Zurich Switzerland and make an important contribution to our shared success. You are the direct contact person for our customers, actively handle travel claims and breakdown cases at home and abroad, and assess benefit cases in the areas of roadside assistance, cancellation costs, and travel protection. You regularly communicate in writing and by phone with customers, work closely with partners, travel agencies, as well as underwriting and field service departments, ensuring professional and efficient claims processing.

What to expect

• You actively handle travel and breakdown claims at home and abroad.
• You assess benefit cases in the areas of roadside assistance, cancellation costs, and travel protection.
• You have regular written and telephone contact with our customers.
• You communicate closely with partners, travel agencies, and other interfaces.
• You support the underwriting and field service departments in claims matters.

What sets you apart

• Commercial training (EFZ) or equivalent qualification
• Several years of professional experience in the insurance, travel, or tourism industry
• Very good German and French skills; any additional foreign language such as English is a great advantage
• High customer, service, and solution orientation
• Quick comprehension, resilience, and reliability
