- Serving our walk-in customers and answering telephone inquiries
- Mail processing together with our commercial trainee, office supply orders
- Administrative processing of entries, transfers, extensions, and exits
- Collaboration in the approval process, handling of milestone birthdays and anniversaries
- File management (electronic personnel file) in SAP HCM and other SAP changes
- General administrative tasks arising in our team as well as ad hoc tasks
- Creating various work and tax certificates based on templates
