At the Baar Care Centre, people are at the centre. As a competence centre for the care and support of elderly people as well as young adults, we accompany around 165 residents with expertise, respect, and commitment.

The Atrium Baar offers a unique home for young people who have been abruptly taken out of life due to illness or accident. The specialisation of the professional teams enables those affected, who depend on intensive care and support with or without a wheelchair, to stay in touch with life. The four pillars of care, support living, activation, and therapies accompany and support the personal life path. The support of our residents covers all areas of life: care, support living, activation, and therapy.

You take responsibility with the team for the entire care and support process. You actively contribute your expertise in medical technology, acute care, and the therapeutic field.
You enjoy accompanying trainees on their path to professional qualification.
You seek the challenge in basic and treatment care of young people of IV age. With commitment, you accompany and support our residents in everyday life and are also a trusted contact person for relatives.
You carry out the care of people dependent on a wheelchair with empathy and sensitivity and professionally shape everyday life in the tension between closeness and distance.
In addition, you are responsible for preparatory and follow-up work as well as careful electronic documentation.

You bring with you

A completed tertiary education as a certified nursing specialist HF/FH.
Certificate course as a vocational trainer already completed or willing to complete it.
Empathy as well as respectful and appreciative interaction with residents.
Openness to new things and motivation to develop professionally and personally.
Strong team spirit and enjoyment of working in a committed and motivated team.
German language skills at least at level B2
