Your challenge
- Active support of Relationship Managers in the comprehensive care of our clients
- Independent handling of daily business
- Autonomous receipt and processing of orders (securities, foreign exchange, derivatives and payment transactions)
- Independent completion of administrative tasks (correspondence, account openings, compliance enquiries)
- Participation in the organisation and preparation of client events
- Accompanying the Relationship Manager to client appointments and selected client events
- Proactive involvement in projects for continuous optimisation of processes and systems
Your profile
- Completed banking training or commercial basic training and already professional experience in banking as an assistant in client support
- Ideally already experience with fund business in Liechtenstein
- Good knowledge in the use of MS Office programmes and the banking system Avaloq
- Confident German language skills and good English skills
- Motivated, reliable and above all a team player with high initiative
- Strong customer orientation and willingness to provide service
- Polished manners, confident appearance and good communication skills
