We are a family business with a long-standing tradition, specialising in the manufacture and distribution of specialised feed and feed additives for livestock, fish, and pets. What we are looking for

Reception:

Receiving and processing incoming orders by email and telephone, as well as various tasks in the back office (invoicing orders, ordering and managing materials, mail, email management, document filing, shipping feed samples to the USA). Acting as a hub between the back office, production, and external parties (customers, freight forwarders, field service). First point of contact for concerns of our field service staff and operating the telephone switchboard.

Purchasing:

Supporting the production management in purchasing raw materials. Managing goods receipts and document filing. Maintaining purchase prices and stock quantities in the system.

Quality Assurance:

You will assist the QA manager in maintaining the related documents and databases.

Export:

You will be jointly responsible within the team for the complete handling of shipments domestically and abroad (including customs documents). You plan, organise, and monitor orders and ensure timely delivery to our customers.

Your profile

• Completed commercial training
• Professional experience in reception, purchasing, QA, or export is an advantage
• Quick comprehension, interconnected thinking, and efficient working style
• Social skills, teamwork, and high resilience
• Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written; French skills desirable
• Good user knowledge of MS Office
• Independent, precise, and reliable working method
• High quality and service awareness
• Interest in working and engaging in a lively environment
• Residence in the Oberaargau region is an advantage
