At Synchrotech, we support Swiss SMEs, administrations, and large groups in modernising their financial performance management, budget planning, and consolidation processes. We help finance departments ensure the reliability of their data, optimise their processes, and have efficient tools to inform their decisions.

To strengthen our CPM team, we are looking for an experienced consultant proficient in CCH Tagetik, eager to apply their experience to demanding projects, working closely with Finance and business teams.

Your mission

• Take charge, autonomously, of the design, configuration, and implementation of CPM solutions such as CCH Tagetik
• Ensure the operational management of CPM projects or workstreams, coordinating stakeholders, deadlines, and deliverables, respecting commitments made to clients.
• Analyse the needs of finance departments, challenge their requests, and propose solutions adapted to their challenges
• Design and implement models, management rules, and processes for performance management, budget planning, or financial consolidation
• Contribute to the quality of deliverables, testing, deployment, and user support
• Collaborate directly with our clients and other Synchrotech specialists to ensure project success
• Ensure the preparation, transformation, and integration of data necessary for the operation of the solutions

Profile sought

• Proven experience in CPM consulting and integration, ideally 5 to 8 years
• Proficiency in configuring a CPM solution such as CCH Tagetik, gained through several implementation projects
• Good understanding of financial processes, with functional expertise in at least one of the following areas: financial consolidation, budget planning, or performance management
• Ability to analyse needs, design solutions, and conduct work autonomously
• Ability to organise and manage own work and projects, coordinate stakeholders, and meet deadlines and commitments
• Analytical mindset, rigour, sense of responsibility, and good interpersonal skills
• Excellent command of French and a good level of English
• Skills in SQL, data integration, BI, or other CPM solutions are additional assets.
