Job Description

At the Bellinzona site, a primarily outpatient facility, the specialty of hand surgery will also be present.

• Collaborate with the anesthesiologist to ensure patient safety and well-being during surgical procedures.
• Prepare and monitor patients during the different phases of anesthesia: preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative.
• Administer anesthetic drugs and monitor the patient's vital signs, promptly reporting any changes.
• Collaborate with the surgical team and other healthcare professionals to ensure the effectiveness of the intervention and patient comfort.
• Collaboration with various services outside the operating room

Qualifications

Essential requirements:

• CRS-recognized Nurse diploma and specialization in Anesthesia preferred
• Proven experience as an Anesthesia Nurse
• Knowledge of monitoring techniques and management of anesthetic drugs.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team, and stress resistance.
• BLS/ACLS certification and regular updates in anesthesia procedures.
• Native Italian speaker

Preferred requirements:

• Knowledge of another national language or English
