Job Description
At the Bellinzona site, a primarily outpatient facility, the specialty of hand surgery will also be present.
- Collaborate with the anesthesiologist to ensure patient safety and well-being during surgical procedures.
- Prepare and monitor patients during the different phases of anesthesia: preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative.
- Administer anesthetic drugs and monitor the patient's vital signs, promptly reporting any changes.
- Collaborate with the surgical team and other healthcare professionals to ensure the effectiveness of the intervention and patient comfort.
- Collaboration with various services outside the operating room
Qualifications
Essential requirements:
- CRS-recognized Nurse diploma and specialization in Anesthesia preferred
- Proven experience as an Anesthesia Nurse
- Knowledge of monitoring techniques and management of anesthetic drugs.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team, and stress resistance.
- BLS/ACLS certification and regular updates in anesthesia procedures.
- Native Italian speaker
Preferred requirements:
- Knowledge of another national language or English
