Join our human resources and finance teams as an apprentice commercial employee for 1 or 3 years (B2 level English required) at our premises in Rolle (CH) for a rewarding experience.
Under the responsibility of experienced colleagues, you will contribute to various administrative projects in human resources, finance, and the legal department, allowing you to discover and develop cross-functional professional skills.
What you will discover:
- Back-office/reception management (telephone service, support for various internal events...)
- Personnel administration (entries, changes, and exits of staff...)
- Company accounting (invoice entry, expense report control, and payments...)
- Contract management in the legal field
Requirements
- Interest in administrative tasks
- Good school results (4.5 overall average)
- Multicheck results (Economics and Administration) if available
- Expected knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Apple environments
- Dynamic, curious, and conscientious personality
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Sense of responsibility
Language skills:
English: B2 (required)
French: fluent (preferable)
