You want to gain insights into social work and not only accompany but also make a difference? Then you fit well with us. In our residential groups team, you work with people who are committed to adolescents and families with heart, attitude, and professionalism.
We support young people in stressful life situations – often when challenges are great and resources are scarce. Our work begins where relationships are built and effective, where change becomes possible.

- able to endure challenging situations and still remain confident
- work together in a team, professionally, humorously, and with perseverance
- joy in accompanying young people and their families
- the conviction that change is possible when there is relationship, trust, and the will to change
- willingness to work irregular hours (including weekends) – because the lives of young people do not only take place during classic office hours
- willingness to reflect and inner stability – you know your limits and what supports you
- a confident, empathetic demeanor – you are present and reliable
- very good German skills in spoken and written form
- we are an active residential group – driving license category B is an advantage
If you combine professionalism with humanity and enjoy accompanying young people on part of their journey – then we look forward to hearing from you.
What to expect
- involvement in the key worker role with the young people
- a lively, varied residential group daily life with room for creativity
- a committed and supportive team
- regular intervisions, team and case discussions, supervisions, and professional coaching
- competent practical guidance and regular practical instruction discussions
- early work planning – because your life outside of work also matters
- contemporary social pedagogy in an environment that promotes development and sees diversity as a strength
- good work should pay off – clear salary structure according to the cantonal salary table and attractive allowances for evening hours, Sundays/public holidays, and weekends
