Quality Assurance Officer M/F

Your mission

A true quality ambassador on the ground, you support operational teams in applying quality standards, managing non-conformities, and deploying continuous improvement initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with GMP standards on site.
• Promote a quality culture among teams.
• Deliver GMP training and raise awareness among employees about best practices.
• Participate in internal audits and contribute to improving the site’s compliance level.

Deviation and Complaint Management

• Coordinate the handling of quality complaints and non-conformities.
• Lead or facilitate root cause analyses.
• Define, monitor, and verify the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Continuous Improvement & Risk Management

• Participate in cross-functional quality improvement projects.
• Conduct and review risk analyses.
• Support Supply Chain and Maintenance teams in their quality initiatives.

Audits & Change Management

• Coordinate internal audit programmes.
• Ensure monitoring of change management processes.
• Train and support new employees on quality and regulatory requirements.

Your profile

Education

• University degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Sciences, Food Industry or equivalent field.

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of successful experience in Quality Assurance within a regulated industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and EFfCI standards.
• Experience in leading or participating in internal audits.

Technical Skills

• Mastery of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, Halal, Kosher standards.
• Good command of Microsoft Office tools and computerised management systems.
• Green Belt certification or experience in continuous improvement: an advantage.

Languages

• Fluent French.
• B2 level English.
