As of January 1, 2026, or by arrangement, we are looking for a youth center worker 50-60%. You will work with the head of the youth center and open youth work as well as an intern / trainee (position still vacant). The three communities Hausen am Albis, Kappel am Albis, and Rifferswil, which are idyllically nestled between Zurich and Zug, offer a unique, attractive, and youth-oriented leisure program. Open youth work Oberamt has a long tradition in Hausen. Our youth center has become an important meeting place for many young people. Our core offering consists of the freshly renovated youth center, the creative studio where young people can express themselves artistically, and the lunch table, which offers delicious and healthy meals to the youth. A diverse and creative program that offers young people space for personal development is of fundamental importance to us. Your area of responsibility:
- Co-management of the youth center including lunch table and work in open youth work
- Animation and support of the young visitors
- Planning and implementation of the creative studio
- Building relationships with the youth and supporting them in various
- Social pedagogical background (socio-cultural animator, social pedagogue, etc.)
- Experience in open and/or outreach youth work is an advantage
- Independence, resilience, teamwork skills, communication skills, high
- Innovative personality with interest in further developing youth work
