Your role

In your role as a Service Technician, you take responsibility for the proper maintenance, repair, and servicing of our medical technology devices. You ensure their reliable function and readiness for use, thereby making an important contribution to high service quality and customer satisfaction. Your tasks include fault analysis and troubleshooting, performing service and maintenance work, as well as complete and traceable documentation in accordance with applicable quality, safety, and regulatory requirements within the framework of our quality management system according to ISO 13485.

Your tasks

• Device maintenance, repairs, and assembly of components on infusion devices
• Performing functional tests on electronic components
• Documentation of work steps in a process-oriented environment
• Service work and final inspections at our production site in Kloten
• Customer visits throughout Switzerland (travel approx. 10%)
• Support in strategic projects and as a trainer during training sessions
• Customer-oriented conduct in clinical environments (hospital, medical practice, etc.)

Your profile

• Technical apprenticeship with at least 3 years of professional experience
• Team player, solution-oriented, reliable, proactive, and committed
• High customer orientation and customer-friendly demeanour
• Experience in the service sector
• Driving licence category B
• Good German and English skills

Additional qualifications are advantageous

• Higher technical or medical vocational training
• Experience in medical technology (EN ISO 13485, IEC 62353)
• French language skills
