Maintenance Technician 80 - 100 % (m/f/d)

What you can achieve:

• Maintenance of building and production-technical systems with activities including inspection, servicing, repair, and improvement

• Execution of orders from the maintenance management as well as creation of orders based on reports

• Updating documentation of systems

• Assistance with winter services

• On-call duty and security rounds

• Assistance at events (events, seminars, meetings, sales trainings, etc.)

What you bring:

• Completed training as a certified building services technician EFZ or many years of professional experience in a comparable role

• Completed further training as a maintenance specialist with a federal diploma

• Further qualifications such as counterbalance forklift operator, work with fall risk, and IPAF training for aerial work platforms are advantageous

• Good PC user skills (MS Office)

• Good German skills; English skills are an advantage

• Driving licence category B is required

• You are flexible, service-oriented, and keep a cool head in hectic situations
