As an HR professional, you ensure proactive operational and partly strategic advice and support for supervisors across departments, taking into account the company and HR strategy. As a member of the HR management team, you help shape the further development of HR at Spital STS AG, work on projects, accompany, for example, peer coaching, take on speaker activities within internal seminars, and handle a variety of HR topics.

How to become part of our team
- Professional HR specialist certificate and ideally with specific further training in HR at CAS, MAS, or EMBA level
- Comprehensive and many years of experience in advising and supporting supervisors (labor law as well as all HR-relevant topics)
- High willingness to learn and change
- Strong implementation skills and willingness to shape
- Affinity for personnel development, HR controlling, and project management topics
- Enthusiasm for trends and their implementation in HR
- Experience in healthcare is an advantage
- Initiative, flexible and proactive personality with entrepreneurial thinking
