- accompany site and land developments with complex planning and decision-making processes
- organise and conduct planner selection procedures, procurements including contract management in close cooperation with our legal team
- communicate openly and transparently with clients, authorities, planners, and other stakeholders
- actively contribute to the further development of our organisation and collaboration
Your profile
- education or degree in architecture, construction, spatial planning, real estate, or a related field – your understanding of planning and building is crucial (further training in project management, spatial planning, construction economics, or business administration is welcome)
- experience in the planning and realisation of construction projects
- enjoyment in taking responsibility and working self-organised
- interest in complex issues and developing good processes
- strong communication skills – you bring different interests together and create sustainable solutions
- customer- and service-oriented attitude

- modern working conditions: flexible working hours, location-independent work, 40-hour week, and 5 weeks’ holiday
- modern infrastructure: working in an open, inspiring environment with an urban character and space for exchange as well as focused work
Anything else?
We work with commitment and professionalism – without taking ourselves too seriously. Humour, pragmatism, and
curiosity are just as much a part of us as professional quality.
