• Leading smaller projects or subprojects in the market business area for digitization, automation, and optimization of processes
• Gathering, understanding, and documenting requirements of the four business units Energy, Building, Power, and Mobility Solution using appropriate methods
• Consolidating requirements from the areas and main contact person for the IT Business Partner for tactical planning of topics
• Independently clarifying and analyzing existing products and processes, identifying weaknesses and improvement potentials, developing solution variants and modeling target processes together with internal process and application managers as well as external partners
• Standardizing workflows, information flows, and internal processes, identifying optimization potential, developing recommendations for action regarding benefits and costs for internal stakeholders and clients
• Documenting adjustments and optimizations that meet the professional requirements including professional acceptance criteria as a basis for tests and approvals. Ensuring the translation into high-quality technical specifications by internal or external IT partners
• Supporting the definition of test cases, monitoring tests, ensuring that errors are thoroughly investigated
• Granting final approval and project acceptance and ensuring a smooth transition from project mode to operations
• Supporting application managers in conducting training, user documentation, short videos, wiki entries, etc.

• Completed vocational training in IT or completed degree at a university of applied sciences/university in business informatics, business administration, or computer science
• Several years of professional experience as a Business Analyst
• Knowledge of the energy industry and associated operational processes is an advantage 
• Project management skills (classical and agile)
• Structured and analytical way of working
• Experience in visualizing requirements, workflows, information flows
• Team player with enthusiasm for realizing requirements in collaboration with different stakeholders in cross-departmental projects
• Fluent and convincing communication and moderation in German
