Tasks

• Independent management and organisation of construction sites in building construction
• Responsibility for demanding renovation and customer bricklaying work
• Work preparation, scheduling and resource management
• Cost control, measurement and billing
• Leadership and motivation of employees on site
• Contact person for clients, architects, suppliers and authorities

Profile

• Training in construction with further education as construction manager, technician HF or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in building construction
• Entrepreneurial thinking and strong sense of responsibility
• Leadership skills and organisational talent
• Confident handling of MS Office, knowledge of industry software is an advantage
• Driving licence category B
