Axanova AG is a successful Swiss company located in Uetliburg, on the upper Lake Zurich, offering an innovative range of health products and dietary supplements, distributed throughout Switzerland. As part of a replacement, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a younger, solution-oriented individual with enthusiasm for health products.

Your Responsibilities:

Overall responsibility for Quality Management & Regulatory AffairsResponsible person for food and consumer goods according to LGVPMaintenance and further development of the QM systemEnsuring product compliance and regulatory requirements for dietary supplements, cosmetics and medical devicesSupport with complaints, deviations (CAPA) and quality-related issuesInitiate and conduct quality controlsOptimisation of procedures and processes for quality assuranceCreation and maintenance of product-specific documentation (PID/TD) and management reportsCommunication with relevant authorities as well as close cooperation with product management, purchasing and executive managementDevelopment of pragmatic and economically sensible solutionsCo-responsibility for technically demanding product management activities

Your Profile:

Pharmacist (HF) or degree in pharmacy or natural sciencesQA/RA experience in a pharmacy/drugstore or in the healthcare industryIdeally knowledge of food, medical device and cosmetics lawStructured, analytical and responsible working styleEntrepreneurial thinking and a strong understanding of the big pictureWillingness to find constructive solutionsConfident use of MS Office (especially Excel with macros)Self-initiative, communicative and a team playerNative German speaker, good English skills in spoken and written form
