Care and support of mixed-age groups of children from 3 months to 3 years old
Customer-oriented, open and trusting collaboration with parents
Planning and implementation of a varied daily routine, tailored to the individuality of the child and the group

Completed basic training as a qualified childcare specialist or comparable pedagogical training
Joy and patience in dealing with children
Commitment, reliability, resilience and flexibility
You like to contribute new ideas and enjoy creative activities such as
singing, dancing, storytelling…
