Pension Fund Officer

Our team actively shapes the topics of Pillar 3a and vested benefits, handles the various business cases of the Sparen 3 pension fund and the two vested benefits foundations of ZKB, and serves as a contact point for our customers and sales staff.

We place the needs of our customers at the centre and thus aim to contribute to the long-term success of our products and services. Our motivated pension team looks forward to reinforcement by a committed individual who convinces with new ideas and a cooperative working style.

• Handling all business cases of the Sparen 3 pension fund and the two vested benefits foundations of ZKB – both from the bank's sales channel and digitally from frankly
• Independent processing of specialised cases, where you contribute your expertise and solution orientation
• Communication, correspondence and coordination with customers as well as with internal and external parties – you appreciate different perspectives and find the best solutions together with others
• Identifying optimisation potential for processes/services and proactively contributing ideas for further development

• Completed commercial training
• Professional certificate or further training in the field of pensions or social insurance
• Relevant professional experience in (occupational) pensions and/or Pillar 3a
• You are a team player with strong cooperation skills and appreciate exchanging ideas with colleagues to achieve the best results together
• You enjoy direct customer contact and have the ability to respond to different needs
• Excellent oral and written German skills
• Good spoken English and French skills (additional language skills are an advantage)
