  • Management of industrialisation projects from the development phase to successful series production
  • Planning and monitoring of deadlines, budgets and relevant project metrics
  • As a central interface, you coordinate collaboration between R&D, Quality, Production, Methods, Purchasing, Supply Chain and external partners
  • Definition and optimisation of manufacturing and assembly processes as well as support of industrial trials and pre-series
  • You validate production equipment, tools and systems and accompany them until successful introduction
  • Conducting risk analyses such as AMDEC/FMEA and ensuring quality and regulatory requirements
  • You identify technical and project-specific risks early and initiate the necessary measures
  • With your expertise, you drive continuous improvement and actively participate in Lean Manufacturing and Operational Excellence projects

    Your area of responsibility

    What you bring

    • A completed engineering degree HF/FH/ETH or a comparable qualification, for example in industrial, mechanical, microtechnology, process or production engineering
    • At least 5 years of experience in an industrial environment as well as solid experience in technical project management or industrialisation
    • Experience in commissioning or introducing new systems, machines or production equipment
    • Good knowledge of manufacturing and assembly processes as well as quality methods such as 8D, AMDEC/FMEA, SPC and control plans
    • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and experience with ERP systems, SAP is an advantage
    • Knowledge of CAD/CAM, ideally NX, as well as a good understanding of technical drawings
    • Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills as well as the ability to bring interdisciplinary teams together
    • An independent, responsible, solution- and result-oriented working style
    • Very good French and German skills as well as professional-level English skills
