Job Description
You feel at home in the following areas of activity:
- Organisation, coordination, and administrative support of the responsible government member as well as the General Secretariat
- Independent scheduling, management of pending tasks, and deadline monitoring
- Management and administration of files and business documents
- Independent processing and coordination of correspondence
- Organisation and coordination of meetings, business trips, and events
- Competent contact person for internal and external stakeholders
- Support in financial and budget matters
Qualifications
You are particularly characterised for this position by:
- Completed commercial training with several years of professional experience in an assistant, secretarial, or administrative role
- Strong organisational talent as well as a reliable, independent, and structured way of working
- Very good oral and written expression in German
- Very good user knowledge of Microsoft 365 products, especially Word, Outlook, and Excel
- High service orientation as well as discreet and responsible handling of confidential information
- English skills are an advantage
