Our team of around 75 employees brings joy of life into the homes of our clients in the communities of Bichelsee-Balterswil, Fischingen, Eschlikon, Münchwilen, Rickenbach, Sirnach and Wängi with great commitment. A meaningful task that is fun.
We are looking immediately or by arrangement
for our deployment planning a Health Specialist FaGe or Certified Nursing Specialist in the Co-Management System
Your tasks include
- Organisation of nursing deployments in Perigon
- Telephone contact person for all stakeholders of Spitex Regio Tannzapfenland in the area of nursing and housekeeping
- Reception care, advice and information for clients and their relatives
- Cooperation and contact with general practitioners and hospitals
- Administrative preparation of the first deployments for employees
- Ensuring the flow of information between management, nursing and home help department, team leaders, clients and employees
- Various administrative tasks
- 1 weekend planning / telephone on-call duty in the home office, alternating with team colleagues (from 07:00 to max. 11:00)
You bring with you
- Spitex experience
- A warm, humorous and friendly basic attitude
- Independent working style and team player
- Quality-conscious, networked thinking and acting
- Patience and customer orientation in dealing with all stakeholders
- High social competence, resilience and flexibility
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form, any additional foreign language is an advantage
- Very good IT / MS Office skills
- Willingness for various training courses and further education
- Driving licence category B
