About the job

Your main tasks

• You will take on a variety of administrative tasks for our audit departments
• You will process orders in day-to-day business: quality checks of annual financial statements, preparing and archiving audit files as well as recording and maintaining data in various tools
• You will assist in maintaining templates and preparing audit documents and reports
• You will support the audit team in internal compliance processes
• In addition to support work, you will participate in exciting internal projects of the departments as needed

Your profile

• Commercial or comparable training with an interest in accounting and auditing topics
• Very structured, precise and responsible way of working as well as high initiative
• Team-oriented personality with quick comprehension and commitment
• Confident handling of MS Office and the ability to quickly familiarise yourself with new digital tools
• Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written; French skills are an advantage
