Your responsibility: Lead assembly and ensure quality

• Assembly work: You carry out demanding timber construction projects to ensure the work is completed on time.
• Team leadership: You coordinate assembly teams of up to 10 employees, as clear leadership is crucial.
• Construction site logistics: You organize materials and processes so that the construction site runs smoothly.
• Quality assurance: You report to project management and support acceptance inspections to ensure the highest standards are met.

You bring the following:

• Diploma: You have completed training as a carpenter as well as further training as a foreman or construction manager.
• Experience: You bring at least 3 years of leadership experience in timber construction.
• Spirit: You convince with assertiveness, communication skills, and commitment.
• IT affinity: You are familiar with digital tools for construction site management.
