Your tasks – this is what you can expect:
- Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships around modern ELCO heating systems (heat pumps, gas, oil)
- Targeted acquisition of new customers in your sales region
- Analysis of customer needs and development of individual solutions
- Responsibility for achieving your sales targets
- Participation in trade events and customer training
- Market observation and actively gathering relevant information
Your profile - this is what you bring:
- Proven sales experience in outside service, preferably in a technical environment
- Completed technical basic training EFZ, ideally with reference to the heating, HVAC, or building technology industry
- Passion for direct customer contact as well as a confident, professional appearance
- A pronounced sales instinct, combined with negotiation skills and strong communication
- Independent working style, entrepreneurial thinking, and high self-motivation
- Team spirit and a solution-oriented attitude
