Our earthworks department works down-to-earth, directly and solution-oriented. As a foreman, you take on a central role on our construction sites and, together with the team, ensure that the work is carried out safely, efficiently and professionally.

We are looking for reinforcement for our construction sites in the ZH/AG/ZG regions.

• Site management: Independent organisation and management of our earthworks construction sites on site
• Team leadership: Coordination, guidance and support of employees and machine operators on the construction site
• Work preparation: Planning of daily work and ensuring an efficient and smooth construction site process
• Coordination: Liaison with foreman, client, suppliers and other project participants
• Quality & safety: Ensuring professional execution as well as compliance with quality and safety requirements
• Reporting: Correct and timely recording of services, materials and working hours
• Collaboration: Active support of the team and, where necessary, assistance with daily work on the construction site

• Experience: Several years of practical experience in earthworks, ideally already as a foreman or with corresponding leadership responsibility
• Qualification: Completed training in the main construction trade or comparable practical qualification
• Leadership: You like to take responsibility, can guide employees and keep an overview even in demanding situations
• Working method: Independent, reliable, solution-oriented and well organised
• Expertise: Good knowledge in earthworks as well as in reading and implementing plans and height specifications
• Team spirit: You enjoy working with others, communicate directly and pitch in yourself if necessary
• Driving licence: Category B, ideally with own vehicle
• Language: Good German skills for communication on the construction site and with project participants

• A responsible key role in a well-rehearsed, down-to-earth earthworks team
• Lots of personal responsibility in organising and managing the construction sites
• Short decision-making paths and direct exchange with the foreman
• Varied projects and construction sites in the ZH/AG/ZG regions
