For our client - an integrally managed mandate in St. Gallen West - we are looking for a technically skilled, service-oriented, and strong leadership personality for this management position, who is familiar with the requirements of building owners and tenants and approaches this task with passion and commitment.

Your main tasks:

- Responsibility for technical building management (operation, inspection, maintenance) including janitorial services, cleaning, and fire protection
- Support and advice to customers as a "single point of contact"
- Cost and budget responsibility
- Personnel and professional leadership of employees (directly 3, indirectly nearly 50)
- Planning and execution of technical projects
- Coordination and supervision of small and medium-sized construction projects

Your profile:

- Completed basic training EFZ in the technical field, alternatively a corresponding degree
- Professional experience in the field of technical building management
- Leadership experience
- High customer orientation and assertiveness
- Business management knowledge
- Convincing appearance as well as a clear, appreciative, and goal-oriented communication style
