We are looking immediately or by arrangement for a Team Leader Broker Support for our Broker & Partner division. In this versatile role, you actively shape the support of our brokers and contribute to successfully implementing our strategy in the broker market.

In this responsible position, you lead broker advisors, further develop relationships with our broker partners, and support the Head of Broker & Partner in leadership and sales tasks.

Your diverse tasks:

• You lead the assigned broker advisors, accompany their development, and determine the training needs within the team
• You develop and maintain customer relationships with brokers, conduct advisory discussions, and ensure professional handling of enquiries
• You assess tenders, prepare offers and decision-making bases, and undertake portfolio work across all sectors
• You monitor the market, promote sales, organise training and events, and maintain regular contact with underwriters at the business location

Your profile:

• You bring solid experience in the insurance industry, ideally in the broker environment
• You are an experienced and committed leader with enthusiasm for developing employees
• You hold a professional certificate or equivalent further education
• You think entrepreneurially and recognise opportunities in the market
• You convince with your negotiation skills and strong customer orientation
• You work in a structured, independent manner with a high degree of personal responsibility
• German is your mother tongue and you have good knowledge of French
