What to expect
- You ensure quality in incoming goods and handle identified quality issues
- You coordinate inquiries between logistics and purchasing and ensure efficient processes
- You support root cause analysis and solution finding for quality deviations
- You perform inventory bookings and clarify inventory discrepancies as well as booking errors
- You create error and effort statistics for process optimization
- You contribute your know-how when it comes to training and raising awareness of quality issues
- You work closely with other departments to continuously improve quality processes
What you bring
- Completed training as a logistics specialist EFZ or equivalent qualification
- Two to three years of professional experience in incoming goods or support logistics
- Confident handling of ERP systems (ideally Microsoft Dynamics NAV) as well as Microsoft 365 and SharePoint
- Very good German skills (at least C1) in spoken and written form
- You are communicative, team-oriented and enjoy working with various interfaces
- You think analytically, act solution-oriented and remain calm even in hectic moments
- Initiative, sense of responsibility and joy in continuous improvement characterize you
- Willingness to work in weekly rotating shifts: early shift from approx. 06:00 to 14:30, late shift from approx. 13:30 to 22:00
