About the job
At a glance
We are among the fastest-growing companies in unattended retail – over 150 employees, 5 countries, hundreds of clients, and a product that is redefining the way the world shops.
In Switzerland, we operate under our Boostbar brand. We deliver drinks and snacks directly where people work or are on the move – sustainably, simply, and with a service that creates added value.
As an Installation & Logistics Collaborator (start date to be agreed), you will join our small dynamic team and be responsible for the professional installation of our Boostbar systems at our clients’ locations throughout Switzerland. You will implement the installation concepts and plans reliably and precisely, ensuring that each installation is carried out professionally, neatly, and in line with our brand image.
What You Will Do
- Installations & On-site Interventions: You will carry out the assembly, connection, commissioning, and dismantling of our vending machines and coffee machines directly at our clients’ premises, making any necessary layout adjustments.
- Preparation & Logistics: At the depot, you will meticulously prepare the equipment for delivery, load service vehicles professionally, and ensure optimal load security.
- Depot Management & Maintenance: You will actively participate in maintaining and ensuring the smooth operation of the depot (tidying, reorganising spaces, pre-commissioning equipment) and contribute to merchandising activities.
- First-level Maintenance & Troubleshooting: You will perform minor repairs and resolve simple technical malfunctions on vending machines, both at the depot and on-site.
What You Bring
- Education: You hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) or an AFP, ideally in a technical, craft, or logistics field (an advantage but not mandatory).
- Experience: Some professional experience in installation, assembly, or technical service is an asset.
- Agility & Versatility: You enjoy variety in your work! Agile and flexible, you take pleasure in alternating between on-site interventions, depot logistics, and manual work.
- Interpersonal Skills & Motivation: You have an excellent customer service sense, are motivated to learn new skills daily, and appreciate physical work.
- Languages: You are proficient in French (minimum C1 level, both spoken and written). Knowledge of English is a plus.
- Driving Licence & Mobility: You hold a category B driving licence (manual gearbox) and are willing to travel (with occasional overnight stays depending on assignments).
