To strengthen our psychiatry team at Spitex Uster, we are looking for you immediately or by arrangement as
Your main tasks
- Conducting psychiatric needs assessments with InterRAI CMH
- Managing, taking responsibility for, and implementing the care process
- Psychiatric care and treatment of clients in their familiar environment, including complex and acute situations
- Promoting resources and implementing health-preserving measures
- Interdisciplinary collaboration internally and externally (specialist agencies, doctors, clinics, and other services)
You bring with you
- Certified psychiatric nurse HF/FH, preferably with at least 2 years of professional experience in a clinical setting
- InterRAI HC/CMH course or willingness to complete it
- Communication skills and enjoyment in working with clients with psychiatric illnesses
- Digital proficiency for daily electronic administration using Perigon
- Willingness to pursue further professional development
- High degree of independence, good organisational skills, and resilience
- Optionally own car (with mileage reimbursement by Spitex) or driving licence category B
