We are looking immediately or by arrangement for an experienced person in business controlling who supports the business unit management WAS wira Lucerne in ensuring a solid, data- and finance-based decision-making basis. The position includes the analysis of market, labor market, impact, and financial developments as well as the development of forecasts and reports. The goal is to create transparency, identify efficiency potentials, and manage the use of resources in a results-oriented manner.

Your tasks

You analyze market and environmental developments (short-, medium-, and long-term).

You create forecasts, scenarios, and impact analyses for planning and control.

You conduct cost, budget, and profitability analyses.

You identify efficiency potentials and derive financial recommendations for action.

You perform variance analyses of costs, resources, and performance.

You are responsible for building and further developing integrated financial, market, and impact reporting.

You ensure data quality and standardization.

You create and comment on reports for committees and external stakeholders.

You support the business unit management in the budget process and investment decisions.

Your skills

You have a completed degree in business administration, finance, controlling, or a comparable qualification.

You bring experience in controlling, reporting, forecasting, as well as in building BI applications.

You have, advantageously, knowledge in impact analysis and KPI development.

You think analytically and strategically and have a strong affinity for numbers.

You have experience dealing with complex data landscapes and reporting tools.

You count communication and the ability to collaborate with various departments among your strengths.

You bring a structured, solution-oriented working style and high initiative.

You have organizational talent for planning and conducting management meetings.
