Head of Customer Service/Sales & Marketing 80%

Your area of responsibility: In this newly created and strategic role, you will develop systematic activities around customer retention, customer satisfaction, sales and marketing and can count on administrative support in your small team.

• Building a customer-oriented, efficient and high-performance service centre
• Developing processes and measures
• Successfully implementing and executing these measures in day-to-day business
• Contact person and advisor for customers, new customers and brokers
• Developing pension solutions and offers for customers
• Ensuring successful contract conclusion and integration into pension administration
• Monitoring market developments and initiating measures if necessary
• Regular customer contacts and visits, including preparation and follow-up

Your profile: Successfully taking on these tasks requires

• proven expertise and professional experience in customer service, sales and marketing in the field of pensions, social insurance, personal insurance or financial services
• advanced training in sales and marketing, possibly even in occupational pensions
• conceptual skills as well as strong implementation orientation
• confident and engaging manner
• ability to communicate complex pension or insurance technical aspects clearly and appropriately for the target audience
• language skills: German and French, Italian an advantage
• young professionals interested in a first leadership role are also welcome
