Your advantages and opportunities:

• Take on a central role in the conception and strategy development of hydrological topics for hydropower plants
• Shaping significant hydro projects: You have the opportunity to participate in the development of hydropower plants and other renewable energy projects. This enables you to actively contribute to the promotion of sustainable energy.

• Preferably a university degree in a technical field, alternatively a degree in business administration is also of interest
• An additional degree in business administration (or vice versa) is positively regarded
• Several years of professional experience in the energy industry is an advantage
• Strategic, networked and analytical thinking
• Interest in the political environment

• You are responsible for the conception and strategy development of hydrological topics both for individual plants and for the entire hydropower portfolio, in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• You initiate and develop new project ideas and identify development opportunities in the field of hydropower.
• You possess sound knowledge of the political, economic and social environment of the hydropower industry and derive courses of action from it.
• Conduct cost, production and yield analyses, including controls, optimisations and energy-economic calculations.
• You take on the leadership and responsibility for larger and significant projects and strategic work.
