Deputy Head of Power Supply

Together with the Head of Power Supply, you ensure a safe, economical and future-oriented network operation. You take responsibility, contribute your own ideas and also get involved hands-on.

⚡ Network Operation & Network Planning

• Planning and further development of our medium and low voltage network
• Monitoring network operation and performing switching operations
• Contributing to the further development of the network in the course of the energy transition

🔧 Network Maintenance

• Planning, budgeting and implementation of maintenance measures
• Ensuring reliable and legally compliant network operation
• Coordinating necessary work and resources

👥 Leadership & Coordination

• Technical leadership of on-call personnel
• Organising and conducting training sessions
• Coordinating and managing external partners such as engineering firms and construction companies

📐 Projects & Customers

• Processing technical connection requests
• Advising our customers on technical issues
• Leading and coordinating projects in the areas of network expansion, network renewal and network optimisation
• Monitoring costs, deadlines and project objectives

📊 Planning & Administration

• Assisting with tenders and contract negotiations
• Supporting medium- and long-term investment and cost planning

What you bring with you

• Training as a network specialist, network electrician or a comparable technical qualification
• Professional experience in the field of power supply, power networks or energy infrastructure
• Experience in project management and enjoyment in driving projects forward independently
• Good user knowledge of Microsoft 365
• Independent, reliable and solution-oriented working style
• Strong communication skills, assertiveness and team spirit
• Enjoyment in taking responsibility in a small team and occasionally going beyond your own area of responsibility
