  • Independent handling of personnel administration throughout the entire Employee Life Cycle process from entry to exit while adhering to the guidelines for an assigned area.
  • You independently carry out the payroll process, rotating with your colleagues.
  • In the preparation of monthly and annual settlements (AHV, UVG, KTG, QST) as well as payroll statements, you actively participate.
  • Participation in absence management and maintenance of the time recording system.
  • You are a sparring partner for HR BPs and managers as well as a contact person for employees, authorities, and insurance companies in payroll and social security matters.
  • Contributing to HR projects and process optimizations is just as much part of your tasks as supporting the implementation of strategic HR topics.
  • With your hands-on mentality, you are not afraid of anything and you pitch in where it is most urgent.

    • You enjoy the administrative processing of the core HR business.
    • Operational personnel management is already part of your daily tasks.
    • You are an open, communicative person and enjoy contact with internal and external partners and clients.
    • You have a commercial education, supplemented by further training in HRM (e.g., HR assistant, HR specialist).
    • You are proficient with the SAP HR module and have very good knowledge of the MS Office suite.
    • You are balanced, have drive, are pragmatic, and bring things to fruition.
    • Fluent oral and written communication in German as well as French skills (at least B2) facilitate efficient exchange with stakeholders.
    • Willingness to travel once a week to the locations La Chaux-de-Fonds NE and Saignelegier JU
